The built-in internal illuminator ensures a clear and bright image. Capture an image to keep using the built-in 640 x 480 resolution digital camera. You can even capture close-focus video with the zOrb! The zOrb is compatible with Microsoft Windows 98SE ME 2000 XP XP Service Pack 3 Upgrade Vista and MAC OSX 10.4 or later. A USB 2.0 port is required.

:I bought this for my 8 yr. old nephew for Christmas. We had a good time with it all Christmas Eve. Your tongue looks oh so gross on it. Just what an 8 yr. old boy likes!
I wish I had control of the LEDs to turn them off. Other than that it takes some great pictures.
This is a great learning tool to teach your kids! IT was easy to install and shows nice pictures. This is not a microscope but it provides nice close up pictures of anything your kids can imagine.
