:I wanted quality at a low price and these were perfect for me. Ill use them for scanning the bay for bird action while chasing and fishing for blues and Stripers. They provide a full and crystal clear picture for miles and are easy on the eyes. They seem to be very well made with excellent optics. The case is not very protective and the straps are not the best. The lense covers are poor as they fall off easily when removing the glasses from the case. Im sure they will be lost before long.
All that said I stongly recommend them even when compared to much higher priced glasses.

Clear picture and easy to focus. 10×50 so you’re not going to get a great close up and there are certainly better optics at higher prices but for the price you can’t beat them.

I purchased these binoculars for my husband for Father’s Day…we have a field behind our house with a lot of wildlife. He is very happy with them and how much he can see with them. No complaints. I personally was a little surprised how big they are – they would not work well to carry in your purse or glove compartment – but they are excellent for wildlife viewing.

I wanted binocs for astronomical use. The Whitetails name clued me in that these were intended for birding (daytime). But the Pentax name is famous for optical quality so I took a chance.

The Pentax name does not appear anywhere on these binocs.
